At Simply Aquatic, we do our best to get your livestock and products to you quickly, safely, and affordably. All orders are shipped with The Courier Guy using express or overnight service wherever possible.
🐠 Shipping Livestock

Livestock is only shipped Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

We use insulated packaging and oxygen where necessary to ensure safe arrival.

We currently ship livestock within South Africa only.
IMPORTANT: While we do our best to pack for safe transit, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the courier once the parcel leaves our care. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel on the first delivery attempt.
📦 Shipping Products

Dry goods are shipped nationwide, typically within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

You'll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
💥 DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
In the rare event of livestock arriving DOA:

Please send clear photos of the unopened bag within 1 hour of delivery.

We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion, excluding shipping costs.
We do not offer guarantees on livestock if:

Delivery is missed or delayed due to no one being available.

Bags are opened or livestock have been placed in your tanks.

You provided an incorrect delivery address.
