Welcome to Simply Aquatic! By placing an order on our site, you’re agreeing to the following terms — nothing scary, just the basics to keep things clear for both of us:

💳 Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before shipping or collection. We accept secure online payments via our checkout options. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

🚚 Shipping & Pickup

We do our best to ship orders quickly and safely. Once your order has left our hands, delivery times may vary depending on the courier. For livestock, we only ship early in the week to protect the animals from weekend delays. You'll receive tracking info once your parcel is on the way.

🐠 Livestock Health

We take great care in packing and shipping healthy animals. However, once they arrive at your door, their care becomes your responsibility. Please research species needs before buying. We offer DOA (dead-on-arrival) support within 1 hour of delivery — check our Shipping Policy for details.
